International Orders

We ship orders to many countries around the world. All eligible countries are listed during the checkout process.

Additional shipping charges apply to all international orders. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer, and must be paid at the time of delivery.

Canada

Shipping charges for Canadian orders are displayed next to each item on the Order Summary page prior to purchase.

We ship to all addresses in Canada. However, a few products listed on this site cannot be shipped to Canada. Items that cannot be shipped to Canada are marked on the shopping cart page.

Transit time for shipping to Canadian addresses usually takes between 5 and 7 days.

Gift certificates are not available for redemption by Canadian customers.

All prices are stated in US dollars.

What if my order arrives damaged or is incorrect?

In the very unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will, of course, immediately remake and ship a replacement to you at no charge. Returns are easy

You can return an item within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

  • Call our customer service at 888-333-8787 (Monday through Friday 8—5, Eastern Standard Time) for a return merchandise authorization number (RMA) and packing instructions to prevent breakage.
  • You must use the original packing materials and write the RMA on the return label. (Please note: If you use tape to secure the art, please be sure it does not touch the acrylic glazing.)
  • Our money-back guarantee covers the full purchase price for your print but does not include any additional shipping costs.
  • You pay for return shipping.
